You Accept These Terms and Agree to Be Bound by Them.
You agree to be bound by these Terms by using Boo.link, and you agree to use Boo.link solely in accordance with these Terms. You may only use Boo.link if you are legally capable of entering into a contract with us and are not barred from doing so by any relevant laws. If you are under the age of 13, you should not utilize the link in your profile.
As a Boo.link user's profile, your responsibilities are as follows:
You must use Boo.link in a way that Boo.link and its other users find appropriate. You can't, for example, utilize a Boo.link to:
- any system or network may be probed, scanned, or tested for vulnerabilities;
- whenever security or authentication procedures are breached or otherwise circumvented;
- non-public areas or parts of Boo.link, or shared areas of Boo.link to which you have not been invited; access, tamper with, or use non-public areas or portions of Boo.link that you have not been invited to;
- by transmitting a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing any portion of Boo.link, you may interfere with or disrupt any user, host, or network;
- any method other than our publicly supported APIs to access, search, or create accounts for Boo.link (for example, "scraping" or bulk account creation);
- transmit spam or inappropriate messages, promotions, or advertising;
- deliver spoofing or phishing emails with changed, misleading, or fake source-identifying information;
- market or publicize other people's products or services without their permission;
- unless expressly permitted, do not sell the Boo.link profile;
- link to pornographic or immoral content, or stuff that contains severe acts of violence;
- encourage prejudice or hatred toward any individual or group of individuals based on race, religion, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, handicap, or impairment;
- unless you have permission to do so, do not upload, link, or distribute any files;
- breach the law in any manner, including storing, publishing, or distributing defamatory, libelous, or deceptive content;
- invade the privacy of others or infringe on their rights
What you do in violation of this list will be entirely your responsibility and liability, not ours. If you're unsure, don't do it.
Account Passwords and Security in Boo.link You play a critical role in safeguarding the information in your Boo.link account. On our servers, on your devices, and everywhere in between, we do everything we can to keep your data safe. It is your responsibility to keep your gadgets safe.
Rights to Intellectual Property In terms of intellectual property rights, Boo.link respects the rights of others. Any properly submitted notices will be responded to in accordance with applicable legislation. Common intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademark, and other
Turkish laws, protect Boo.link. The trademarks, logos, domain names, and
other brand elements of Boo.link are not licensed to you under these
Terms.
You agree that you will not use any proprietary content, information, or
materials on Boo.link in any way other than as permitted by applicable
intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to
copyright, and that you will not use such proprietary content, information,
or materials in any way other than as permitted by Boo.link.
No part of Boo.link may be copied or duplicated in any way. You undertake not
to alter, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works
based on Boo.link in any way, and you agree not to exploit Boo.link or
third-party intellectual property in any illegal way, including trespassing
or burdening network capacity.
You further agree that we and any third-party provider are not liable for any
such usage by you outside of your duties stated above, or for any actions
taken by others as a result of your use of Boo.link outside of those
obligations.
If the registered username address is the same as the name of another brand,
well-known person or institution, the username can be canceled with the
submission of the official documents of the brand, well-known person or
institution. If the username containing the name of the brand, institution
or public figure is already registered by someone else, you can contact
abuse@boo.link for a dispute.
Boo.link is provided by "AS-IS." We want Boo.link to be a fantastic resource for you. Despite our best
efforts, there are certain things we cannot guarantee. In Boo.link, for
example, we are unable to issue any guarantees. As a result, we want to call
attention to the following:
BOO.LINK AND ANY SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," AT YOUR OWN RISK,
WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
ARE ALSO DISCLAIMED.
We take no responsibility for any damage to your computer system, data loss
or corruption, or other harm resulting from your use of Boo.link. It's worth
noting that certain states don't allow disclaimers like the ones in this
paragraph, so they might not apply to you.
These Terms will expire at some point. We value you as a Boo.link user, but if you must leave and no longer wish to
use Boo.link, you may do so.
At any moment, we have the right to suspend or terminate Boo.link. We may
suspend your use of Boo.link if you do not comply with these Terms or use
Boo.link in a way that might expose us to legal responsibility or disrupt
the use of Boo.link by others. However, if you breach these Terms frequently
and/or flagrantly, or if you represent a threat to other users, we will
immediately and without notice cancel your access to the Boo.link and deny
you access to export your data.
Liability Limitation
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR SAVINGS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES PRIOR TO THE EVENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE DATE SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY IN THIS SECTION ARE REASONABLE, THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION ALLOCATE THE RISKS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN US, OUR AFFILIATES, AND YOU, AND THAT THE PARTIES HAVE RELYED ON THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH HEREIN IN DETERMINING WHETHER TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. THIS AGREEMENT PROVIDES YOU WITH EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES.

Term Changes We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, and the most recent version will always be available on our website. If any of these Terms change, we will try to tell you as soon as possible. Changes will be announced on our website, and you may also be notified by email. You agree to be bound by the amended terms by continuing to access or use Boo.link after the modifications take effect. Please discontinue using Boo.link if you do not agree to the new conditions.
